Neptune Radio Inc., WZRF-LP ("we," "us," or "our") operates the 99.3 The Zurf mobile application (the "App"), a free internet radio streaming app.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data from users of this App. There is no account creation, no login, and no user data collection of any kind.
1. Information We Collect
None. This App does not collect any data. Specifically, the App does not collect, and has no mechanism to collect:
Contact information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
User content (photos, files, messages)
Identifiers (device ID, advertising ID, user ID)
Usage data or analytics
Diagnostics or crash data
Financial or payment information
Contacts, health data, or any other personal information
2. Third-Party SDKs and Services
This App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
3. Radio Stream Playback
The App plays audio streams from internet radio station servers. When you play a station, your device connects directly to the station's streaming server (or its content delivery network) to retrieve the audio. Standard internet connection logs (such as IP address) may be visible to the streaming server as an ordinary function of network communication; this is not collected, stored, or accessed by this App or its developer.
4. Merchandise Purchases and Donations
If the App provides a link or button to purchase merchandise or make a donation, that transaction is processed entirely by a third-party company (e.g., the payment processor, merchandise vendor, or donation platform), not by this App or its developer. Any personal or payment information you provide during that transaction — such as your name, email, shipping address, or card details — is collected, stored, and handled solely by that third party, under its own privacy policy. They are Zeffy.com, for both donations, merchandise purchases, etc.
5. Tracking
We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because we do not engage in tracking.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Since we do not collect any data ourselves, we have no personal data to share, sell, or disclose to any third party. Any data shared during merchandise purchases or donations is shared directly by you with the applicable third-party company described in Section 4, not with us.
7. Children's Privacy
This App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected from any user, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.
8. Data Retention
Not applicable to this App. We do not collect or retain any data. Data related to merchandise purchases or donations is retained by the respective third-party company per its own retention practices.
9. Your Rights
Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request. To access, correct, or delete data related to a merchandise purchase or donation, please contact the applicable third-party company directly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

This document must be hosted at a publicly accessible, non-expiring URL (not a PDF, not requiring login), with that exact URL entered in App Store Connect → App Privacy. In the App Privacy questionnaire, select "Data Not Collected" for categories the App itself doesn't collect (per Section 1). If merchandise/donation purchases happen inside the App via a third-party SDK (not just an outbound link to a website), Apple may still require you to disclose the data types that SDK collects — worth double-checking against Apple's current guidance before submitting.
